Purchasing conditions for End Consumers

The following conditions apply between You as a customer and Subaru Merchandise, owned by Exakta Profile AB, CRN 556713-5933.

 

price information

The current and valid product price, including VAT, applicable to each product is always specified at www.subarushop.se. Exakta Profile AB reserves the right to amend prices and VAT rates which may be adjusted from time to time to reflect purchase prices, currency fluctuations and changes to taxes.

 

payment terms

Payment for purchased goods are, at the moment, only made against card payment (VISA or MasterCard). Card details are not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

 

delivery times

Once Exakta Profile AB has received and confirmed an order, the product will be delivered within five (5) business days, provided it is in stock. Delivery takes place when the goods are dispatched from Exakta Profile AB's warehouse. We will notify you immediately if a product is temporarily out of stock.

 

shipping costs

Shipping costs are invoiced for each order. The current shipping cost is always given when checking out your cart.

 

additional charges

The Purchaser is responsible for paying any custom duties, local taxes, tariffs and other charges that may incurred.

 

returns policy

Refund or replacement
The Purchaser has the right to request a refund or a replacement for a product provided that the product is returned to Exakta Profile AB within 14 days of the product being received by the Purchaser.

If you wish to receive a refund or a replacement for a product, please contact our customer service via email at subarushop@exakta.se or by phone +46 40-631 22 00 and state the reason why you wish to return the product. We will send you instructions for returning the goods and a form to be completed and sent back together with the goods. Items that are returned without the form will not be replaced. The Purchaser is responsible for returning the product and for paying all shipping costs.

Once we receive your return and had the opportunity to check that the product is not damaged or has been used, we will send you a new product (free shipping) or refund / credit the amount* you have paid for the goods.

*shipping cost charged at the time of order will not be refunded.


Defective products
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we replace all faulty or defective items. Used products cannot be returned (with the exception of products with manufacturing or material defects).

If you have received a faulty product, please contact our customer service via email at subarushop@exakta.se or by phone +46 40-631 22 00 and state the reason why you wish to return the product. We will send you instructions for returning the goods and a form to be completed and sent back together with the goods. Items that are returned without the form will not be replaced.

The Purchaser loses the right to return goods after 12 months from the date of purchase.

If we aren’t able to replace the defective product with a new productwe will make a refund / credit to you once we have received the defective product in return.

 

underage

To use the online store Subaru Merchandise, you should be 18 years old or have parental written consent. 

 

unclaimed consignments

If you don’t pick up your shipment and goods will be returned to Exakta Profile AB, you will automatically become liable for the shipping cost and handling fee (100 SEK incl.VAT).

 

personal information

Under the Data Protection Act, we ask you to agree that we treat information about you. All personal information you provide to us or that we obtain will be handled by Exakta Profile AB. The personal information you provide to us, such as name, address, social security number, email address and phone number may be used to ensure delivery to you, at credit check, to provide offers and information relating to our online store. The information you provide is only available for Exakta Profile AB and its affiliated companies. You are entitled to see the information held about you. You always have the right to request Exakta Profile AB to delete or correct the information held about you. By agreeing to our Purchasing Conditions you also agree to the above. 

 

disputes

All purchases at Subaru Merchandise online store is primary controlled by the Swedish Distance- and Doorstep Sales Act as well as Consumers Act. In any dispute, please contact Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden. Exakta Profile AB, responsible distributor and contracting party for the Subaru Merchandise online store undertakes to comply with any decisions by Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden.

Purchasing conditions for Subaru Resellers

The following conditions apply between You as a customer and Subaru Merchandise, owned by Exakta Profile AB, CRN 556713-5933.

 

price information

The current and valid product price, excluding VAT, applicable to each product is always specified at www.subarushop.se. Exakta Profile AB reserves the right to amend prices and VAT rates which may be adjusted from time to time to reflect purchase prices, currency fluctuations and changes to taxes.

 

payment terms

The terms of payment are 30 days net. Under the Swedish Interest Act, a statutory reminder fee and interest on overdue payment (currently 9%) will be charged from the due date.

Exakta Profile AB reserves the right to require payment in advance if the customer cannot be accepted for credit assurance of Exakta Profile AB's provider of credit ratings.
